This is a symposium-format which starts – prior to the insightful thought leaders sharing their wisdom – with Tai Chi by celebrated Sifu Leo Ming and concludes after the last session with Cobus ‘The Viking’ Visser and his phenomenal Fire Walking

Participating movement modalities on our beach shala included:
Hatha Yoga, Kirtan and Meditation with Duncan Rice, Tai Chi with world-renowned Sifu Leo Ming, SoulDance with Liz Cunningham. We close with the touching and uplifting Metta Meditation with Brendon Small of the Buddhist Retreat Centre. Immersive soundscapes that “caused a buzz” included: Sound Journey with Anne De Chazal and the Secret Sensorium with Anne Marie Clulow Visser and Tim Visser.

A truly transformational experience with Cobus ‘The Viking’ Visser, a prominent motivational speaker, corporate trainer and certified fire walking instructor.
An exceptional teaching on the endeavour to attain self-mastery with the focus on transforming ‘self-doubt into mastery of thought’.
Participants were professionally guided in preparation of the fire walking whilst the blue moon auspiciously overlooked.
Secret SENSORIUM Soundscape:
With Anne-Marie Clulow Visser and Tim Visser, this is a conscious touch and sensory soundscape experience that included theta and beta waves, solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, saxophone, scent and vocals. In today’s world, somatic polyvagal relaxation work has been scientifically shown to improve sleep, mood, libido and ability to communicate and relate to others.
Untamed Men: Brett Shuttleworth and Joe van Niekerk
Brett Shuttleworth and Joe van Niekerk joined forces, facilitating the ‘Untamed Men’ the Ultimate Breakthrough Experience for the gents.7.

Bliss Booths – Energy Healing Marathon
This gifting of energy healing was again provided by Energencia Academy, its teachers and qualified practitioners selflessly and graciously offered free healing sessions in the open-air healing centre overlooking the spectacular Indian Ocean with its meditative sound lapping gently at the shore. Modalities on offer included: Angelic Reiki, Eastern and Western Reiki, Kinesiology and Crystal Healing, amongst others.

Participants and the public supported this lovingly curated gathering of artisans, makers and purveyors of conscious brands offering beautifully crafted goods, wellness-focused products, gifts and inspired creations at the Country Club, located across the road from the Salt Rock Hotel.
